1. Farm Meadow Road Tract
Tinker House - Level land, rural - Off Walnut Hill Road
2. Pecks Place
Wooded, gentle hills – no trails
Borders the north boundary of the Oswegatchie Tracts. Access via the Damon Heights cul-de-sac. This Tract has no boundary markers yet.
3 Rosecliff Tract
Wooded/hilly with several brooks with the east border on Pattagansett River. Extensive trail system.
From Boston Post Road take Ancient Highway to Parker Drive to Charter Oak Drive to Poppy Lane. First entrance at Poppy Lane by Trail Head sign. OR continue to end of Poppy Lane. Take left on to Bittersweet Drive. Second entrance at Bittersweet Drive cul-de-sac by another Trail Head Sign.
4. Beaver Brook Tract (2 parts)
a) Marsh, pond, stream, wooded. Border markers. West side of Beaver Brook Road at border of East Lyme/Old Lyme. There is one trail.
5. Beaver Brook Track
b) Short trail up to a pond with a dam, a beaver house and a wood duck nesting box.
From Boston Post Road take Scott Road. Continue north on Whistletown Road. At intersection with Grassy Hill Road, take the Beaver Brook Road branch (straight north) and go another ¼ mile. Entrance off Beaver Brook Road across from #348, a large white house with a red barn. Can only park on shoulder of narrow road.
6. Oswegatchie Tracts (3)
Sleep Hollow Road
From Route 161 out of Niantic, take Sleepy Hollow Road and left on to Stone Cliff Road. Tract is between # 2 and # Stone Cliff Road.
From Route 161 from Flanders, take Laurel Hill Drive uphill and bear left to North Ledge Rock Road cul-de-sac. At North Ledge Rock cul-de-sac, between No 12 and No. 13 North Ledge Rock Road.
7. Laurel Hill Tract
Stone Cliff Drive
Wooded, rocky, hilly, rolling down from North to South. One main trail (“0.5 mi)
8. Sleepy Hollow Road
Wooded, rocky, very steep in parts. Wetlands in spots. Old stone walls in spots. Trails that connect with those made by Friends of Oswegatchie Hills.
Access off the Damon Heights Road cul-de-sac. Park either on the cul-de-sac directly or there is room for two or three cars just off the cul-de-sac at the start of the trail. Also can be reached from the Laurel Hill Trail via the connector to Oswegatchie Hills.
9. Miranda Way (rear)
Landlocked property
10. 122 Sleepy Hollow Road
Wooded, rocky, very steep in parts. Wetlands in spots. Old stone walls in spots. Trails that connect with those made by Friends of Oswegatchie Hills.
Access off the Damon Heights Road cul-de-sac. Park either on the cul-de-sac directly or there is room for two or three cars just off the cul-de-sac at the start of the trail. Also can be reached from the Laurel Hill Trail via the connector to Oswegatchie Hills.
11. Green Valley Lakes Tracts
Spring Rock Road Tract
Three parts with good cliff climb.
Wooded level area and partial wetlands. Borders the Four Mile River.
From Boston Post Road take Spring Rock Road and follow to #39 and #40 Spring Rock Road. Access next to driveway for #40 Spring Rock Road and directly across from #39 Spring Rock Road. Look for the Trail Head Sign, in about 50 feet from the curb, and then follow the narrow entrance trail 500 feet.
12. Green Valley Lakes Tracts

Overbrook Road
From Boston Post Road take Spring Rock Road and follow to #39 and #40 Spring Rock Road. Access next to driveway for #40 Spring Rock Road and directly across from #39 Spring Rock Road. Look for the Trail Head Sign, in about 50 feet from the curb, and then follow the narrow entrance trail 500 feet.
16. Downar Tract
West Main Street
Mostly tidal marsh on the edge of the Pattagansett River. No trails available.
Location at end of Huntley Court. Take West Main Street out of Niantic. Look for Huntley Court across from Guy’s Oil Station. Tract on the left at the end of Huntley Court (boat access area).
17. Ravenswood Tract
Brainard Road
Giants Neck Area - Wooded with a gentle decline. One main trail from Brainard Road to Marshfield Road. There two branch trails to a picnic spot and to a view of the Red River.
From West Main Street take Fairhaven Road. Turn onto Brainard Road. Entrance and parking at end of Brainard Road. OR, from West Main Street take Giants Neck Road, left on Dell Lane and on to Parkview Drive. Right on to Laurelwood and left on to Lee Farm Drive. Left on to Marshfield to find the south end of the Tract.

19. Black Point Road Track
Miller Tract
Flat, wooded, landlocked.
Triangular parcel, wooded with some shrubs. No trails. Off Black Point Road. From West Main Street take Black Point Road to Terrace Avenue. Left on to Terrace then left on to Grove Avenue. Tract is triangular wooded lot on left. Some shrubs.

21. Bobrow Property (Plants Dam Tract)
Wooded and wet. Head of the Four Mile River. Trails, bridge over river, picnic table, resting benches. There are two trails.
Entrance off the Boston Post Road directly across from the Rustic Café. Main entrance trail branches in about 200 feet. Park on road shoulder near “No Hunting” and “No Dumping” signs.
22. East Pattagansett Road
From West Main Street take Black Point Road and continue on to Old Black Point Road. Take first left at Guard Booth at entrance of Old Black Point. Tract is at end of street on the right.
